A celebration, including a ribbon cutting, live music, an inflatable slide and bounce house, a clown, giveaways and face painting, is planned for the grand re-opening of Berkeley Place in Bluffton. The event will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 29.

Available suites in the development, which includes Cinemark Theater, Cheeburger Cheeburger and Outback Steakhouse, were purchased in late January by New York City-based Garrison Investment Group. It is managed by Bosley Asset Management. Four new tenants -- a Mexican restaurant, nail salon, bakery and snack shop -- have opened since the development was purchased.
