35 golfers chasing victory at Women's SC Golf Association's Match Play Championship

The Women's S.C. Golf Association's Match Play Championship tees off on Tuesday when 35 golfers take to the course at Sanctuary Golf Club at Cat Island.

Dawn Woodard will attempt to win her fourth straight Match Play title when Tuesday's round of stroke play qualifying begins. After seeding the players, the match play portion of the event starts Wednesday.

After qualifying, golfers 50 and older can decide if they want to compete in the championship bracket or play in the Senior Match Play championship.

The event is free and open to the public.

Cost: Free and open to the public

Tee times: Golf begins at 8:30 a.m. each day
