  • The Heritage Library is calling on Hilton Head Island school students to participate in an essay and art contest celebrating the history and culture of Hilton Head. Essays are due Sept. 13; artwork is due June 24. The contests are done in conjunction with the 350/50 celebration recognizing the anniversaries of Capt. William Hilton's sighting of Hilton Head and the incorporation of the town.Details: info@heritagelib.org
