Ninety-two Hilton Head Island Middle School and High School students were presented the Mayor's Youth Volunteer Service Awards at a ceremony last month.

All the students have completed at least 50 hours of community service since May 2012. Of the students honored, 26 worked more than 150 volunteer hours, and four completed more than 400 hours. In total, the group completed more than 11,400 hours of community service, town officials said.
