Investigators also need some investigating

info@islandpacket.comMay 21, 2013

So let me get this straight; the Department of Justice will conduct an investigation into Internal Revenue Service political abuses. Who will investigate the Justice Department for obtaining the records of more than 20 phone lines where more than 100 Associated Press journalists work? Or the FBI, whose eight-month investigation into the Benghazi attack has yielded zero suspects or arrests.

We can round it all out by having the IRS look into Health and Human Services' potentially illegal courting of donations to nonprofits supporting the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) by the same insurance companies the department will be regulating. This circular firing-squad of incompetence will, of course, allow the White House to decline comment on any ongoing investigations; thereby protecting President Barack Obama until January 21, 2017. Nice, real nice.
