Thank you to everyone for help in creating Bluffton Eagles 'Field of Dreams' project

What started out as a conversation between two people turned into the Bluffton Eagles "Field of Dreams" project.

The community came together to transform the Eagles baseball field back to the lustrous beauty it once had. Donations, volunteers, time, pride, labor and a lot of love were put into the work, which was done in five days. Words cannot capture the relationships that were built, the friendship established and the willing hearts that came out. People from all walks of life came to take part in this phenomenal service project. The community will move forward with this awesome gift from God by maintaining the field.

The community is very grateful to the LowCountry Community Church and its youth and all the other churches, building contractors, stores who donated building material, individual donors, businesses, tree companies, the town of Bluffton (Town Council members, town manager, engineering, planning and maintenance departments), Bluffton High Junior ROTC, Academy for Career Excellence construction students and especially the volunteers who gave of their time and talent to this project.

We say thank you, thank you and thank you to all of you for restoring a community field with the look of love and pride. Our next service project is to add on a playground-recreational area for our children.
