Thank you to Beaufort Memorial Hospital

A hospital stay is not usually part of a vacation, but for us it was.

While enjoying the beauty of Beaufort, and the hospitality of your residents and merchants, a heart problem sent me and my wife to the Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

From the time I was placed in a wheelchair in the new emergency room wing, until being dismissed from Room 325 the following evening, we received sensitive and professional care from staff, nurses and doctors, plus tasty meals. We had intended to list the names of all the compassionate persons who assisted us; unfortunately, we lost the list. My impressive cardiologist was Dr. Thomas Shultz.

We felt everyone in your community should know what kindness we received as strangers at the Beaufort Memorial Hospital. You are lucky to have such quality health care.
