MCAS Beaufort: jet noise increase due to pilot training

Pilots training for deployment are the cause of increased jet noise at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort over the next few days, according to a release by the station's public affairs office.

Residents in the vicinity of the air station may hear increased traffic from 7 a.m. to midnight between Tuesday and Thursday, and from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. Those times are approximate and subject to change, according to the release.
