Sanford's campaign released its final ad Wednesday, making its closing argument of the 1st Congressional District campaign before Tuesday's election.

The ad, entitled "Vision," features Sanford speaking straight into the camera. It touts Sanford's record of fiscal conservatism and raises questions about the ties between House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Democratic candidate Elizabeth Colbert Busch.

"This contest is bigger than them or me. It's about two different visions about how we restore America and rein in Washington spending," he says in the ad. "We have got to get this right."

The ad begins airing Wednesday on broadcast and cable stations.
