Capt. William Hilton re-enactor to give talks on history of Hilton Head Island

In honor of the 350th anniversary of Capt. William Hilton's sighting of Hilton Head Island, the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn will offer an opportunity to "meet" the captain. An interactive program will give visitors a chance to discuss Hilton and his discovery of the island with an actor portraying the captain. The program will be at 11 a.m. Wednesdays from June 13 though Aug. 22.

Cost is $15 a person. Reservations are required.
