Sanford had options other than trespassing

April 21, 2013

Most divorced individuals with a "no trespassing" clause in their divorce agreement would do one of the following if they wanted to watch the Super Bowl with their child who was home alone:

• Call the ex-spouse and ask if you can come to his or her home to keep the child company. • Pick up the child and take him to your house to watch the Super Bowl (exception: unless your "dalliance" is at your house).

I question Mark Sanford's ability to make had decisions if he couldn't figure out this one.
