Deputies responded to the Driftwood Bait Shop on Trask Parkway at 3:30 p.m. There, a 54-year-old employee reported that he was held at gunpoint by a customer asking about fishing supplies. The customer demanded the money from the store's register before he fled the scene in a car driven by an accomplice, according to a news release.

The suspect is a black male, and the car he used to leave the area was a light gray sports car with a dent in its front bumper. Anyone with information can call the Sheriff's Office investigators at 843-255-3407.
