'Living Well After Stroke' workshop to be held May 8 in Port Royal

Stroke survivors and their caregivers are invited to "Living Well After Stroke" from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. May 8, in the Beaufort Memorial Keyserling Cancer Center, 1680 Ribaut Road, Port Royal.

The free event is designed to address the social, economic and physical needs of stroke survivors and their caregivers.

A light, Mediterranean-inspired lunch will be served while a speaker discusses how healthy eating benefits the brain. Seating is limited and registration is required by May 3.
