Critic offers no proof Fox News not balanced

info@islandpacket.comApril 7, 2013

I want to point out that a recent letter writer who was "shocked to see anyone characterize Fox News as balanced," and then went on to caution readers to be "more selective about our sources of news," did not once give any specific examples of Fox News "horrendous lies."

If we who, according to this writer, "watch Fox News without any critical analysis like sheep to the slaughter" are to be persuaded by this man, he should be prepared to offer more than his own purple prose opinions.

I have watched Fox News for years and gratefully so. There is no other way to learn the other factual side of the story. You certainly won't from the likes of Chris Matthews, Rachel Maddow, Piers Morgan, George Stephanopoulos and all the other network anchors-analysts.
