S.C. Democrats release video, poking fun at Sanford

The S.C. Democratic Party is having some fun with former Gov. Mark Sanford's candidacy for the 1st Congressional District.

Thursday, the party -- which is backing its nominee, Elizabeth Colbert Busch -- released a video featuring 2009 and 2010 news clips about the former governor's impeachment hearings and ethics fines.

House members ultimately voted to censure Sanford, not impeach him. He paid a record $74,000 in ethics fines for misuse of the state plane and other violations -- violations Sanford has downplayed as minor.
