Barrett named Home Helpers operations head

Home Helpers of the Lowcountry has appointed Jason Barrett director of operations.

The Bluffton resident will be responsible for the administration and daily operations of the in-home care company's main office at 2 Big Oak St. on Hilton Head Island.

Barrett is certified by the National Board of Home Health and Hospice as a home-care administrator. He also is a volunteer chaplain at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

Home Helpers of the Lowcountry is a locally owned and operated franchise that specializes in in-home, nonmedical health care and companionship for seniors, new and expectant mothers, and people requiring recuperative and continuing care.
