Party registration not required to vote

I must respond to the various letters about cross-over voting in the primaries.

Some of us do not belong to any established political party. Don't we get a voice in who is elected, either in the primary or the general election? Must we be registered as a Democrat or a Republican to vote? I believe the answer is "no," so open primaries will stay.
