President's priorities don't fit the country's

info@islandpacket.comMarch 26, 2013

Our nation is in sequester. White House tours have been canceled; military bases, national parks may be closed; air traffic controllers and thousands of workers may be furloughed. Yet our president has pledged $60 million to Syrian rebels to support their fight against their government. He has also pledged $250 million to Egypt to help them solve their financial problems.

This is the height of hypocrisy. Where is this man's head?

It seems having his wife dance on a nighttime talk show, using the White House as a stage for an Oscar presentation and playing golf with Tiger Woods are more important than resolving our nations problems.
