Deanna and Phillip Mansker of Beaufort announce the birth of a daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Mansker, at 1:20 p.m. Feb. 27 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital. The newborn weighed 9 pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 19 inches. She has a brother, Jacob, 2. Maternal grandparents are Mary and Marty Mustin of Moncks Corner. Paternal grandparents are Joanne Mansker of Moncks Corner and Paul Mansker of Summerville.
