The Beaufort County Development Review Team will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the executive conference room at the Beaufort County Government Center, 100 Ribaut Road in Beaufort.
Agenda items include review of the Sun City Riverbend Landing parking, permit extension for Pleasant Point lot 55 on Tuscarora Avenue on Lady's Island, and a pre-application review for Goethie's Barbershop in Port Royal.
