A party turned violent Saturday night when the host cut one of the guests as they fought, according to Beaufort police.
Witnesses and the two people who were fighting at about 11:15 p.m. were drunk, police said.
The initial investigation indicated that the host and a guest started fighting and knocked knives to the floor, and the host cut the guest in the leg with one of them.
