Fifteen-year-old Eladio Wilkinson was the overall winner of Saturday's annual Shamrock Run on Hilton Head Island, finishing the 5-kilometer race in 17 minutes, 11 seconds.
The Hilton Head Island boy crossed the finish line 10 seconds ahead of runner-up Douglas Turnbull of Ithaca, N.Y.
The top female finisher was Savannah's Michelle LaFleur, who came in fourth place overall with a time of 17:35.
