Billy Gene Miller, 74, of Hardeeville and husband of Sally Kathleen Burnett, died Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Coastal Carolina Hospital. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Paynes Chapel United Methodist Church with graveside services at 2 p.m. Arrangements by the Low Country Cremation Society.
