For so many years, The Bargain Box has provided generous support to The Deep Well Project.

The Bargain Box concept -- using sales proceeds to support worthwhile community projects -- reflects the spirit of outreach for which Hilton Head Island is known. Neighbors supporting neighbors is a reoccurring theme among islanders.

Deep Well has a 40-year history of helping islanders in emergency situations. With the support of The Bargain Box, we have been able to provide emergency help for the working poor, the sick and the disabled. Our outreach also extends to our children, providing school uniforms and supplies, as well as making the holidays brighter for needy families.

This past year, The Deep Well Project was named an Angel Charity by the state of South Carolina. To achieve this recognition, our organization invests more than 90 percent of its proceeds to its project. This honor has been validated by the support of The Bargain Box.
