Candidate Elizabeth Moffly, a member of the Charleston County school board, will participate in the 16th annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in Charleston Saturday.
Moffly encourages voters to stop by and say hello at 8 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 134 St. Philip St. Her float position is No. 54.
