Published: March 14, 2013

Two Bluffton men face charges of strong arm robbery after a pair of teenagers reported they were beaten and robbed in Oscar Frazier Park Wednesday night, according to the Bluffton Police Department.

Police are searching for more suspects because the victims, ages 16 and 19, said four to five people were involved in the attack.

So far, Martin Guzman, 18, and Oliver Almazan, 22, have been identified and charged, according to Capt. Angela McCall-Tanner. Both are being held for prosecution in the Beaufort County Detention Center.

Police went to the park after 7 p.m. when two teenagers said they were assaulted and robbed of personal items by a group. The victims suffered only minor lacerations and were treated on scene, McCall-Tanner said.

Police are working to identify the other suspects, she said.
