The Weapons and Field Training Battalion at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island is scheduled to conduct live-fire training next week.

Marsh and waterways near the range-- including Archers Creek, Ribbon Creek and Edding Creek -- will be closed to boats.

Normal live-fire hours are 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday. Those hours will be extended to midnight Monday through Wednesday of next week.
