The Mark Sanford for Congress campaign continued its "Seven Reasons for Sanford" series Tuesday.
Reason No. 2, according to the Sanford campaign: He instituted several reforms while governor including a statewide charter school district, tort reform and restructuring the Department of Motor Vehicles to reduce wait times.
