Bluffton Town Council is expected to vote today on a new list of the town's top needs.
The expected list, to be discussed at 6 p.m at Town Hall, 20 Bridge St., includes water and sewer improvements, transportation and pedestrian safety upgrades, stormwater/drainage improvements and housing repairs and more affordable housing.
Town Council must approve a new list of priorities annually to be eligible for federal grant money.
