Bluffton Mayor Lisa Sulka will give the annual State of the Town address at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lowcountry Presbyterian Church, 10 Simmonsville Road.

The presentation is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Hilton Head Island/Bluffton Area.

The public is invited and can participate in a question-and-answer session following the speech.
