Shelter Cove Harbour is getting in on the food fest game. Think of the inaugural Taste on the Harbour as a mix of Restaurant Week and the ever-popular food festivals that populate Hilton Head Island this time of year. Restaurants will be offering special menus from March 12 to 16. The kick-off event March 12 will feature food samples in an outdoor venue.
From a release:
"Six waterfront restaurants at Shelter Cove Harbour will be offering special menus for five days as part of the first annual Taste on the Harbour March 12-16. The event kicks off March 12 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. with live music from Target Band, tasting stations and drink specials.
Restaurants participating in Taste on the Harbour include Ela’s Blu Water Grille, Bistro 17, Little Venice Restaurant & Lounge, San Miguel’s Mexican Restaurant, Scott’s Fish Market and Parrot Cove Grill & Bar. The restaurants will offer menu specials through March 16.
At the kick-off event March 12, restaurants will provide small plates for $2-$5 at tasting stations and Target Band will perform. Both will be located around the iconic Statue of Neptune at Shelter Cove Harbour. Drink specials, including $3 beers, $4 wines and $5 cocktails, will also be available.
Shelter Cove Harbour is a Mediterranean-style village located mid-island at mile marker 8 across from Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, offering waterfront dining, shopping, live entertainment and a view of Broad Creek.
