Hilton Head sailing, rowing center too expensive, council says

After a cold windy day on Wednesday, the weather was improved enough on Thursday to allow Hilton Head Islander Tyler Ozepy, center, and a few friends to gather at Coligny Beach for a couple of games of beach volleyball on the courts in front of the Tiki Hut. The weekend forecast currently calls for continued improving conditions with temperatures in the 60s and plenty of sunshine.
