Former Gov. Mark Sanford, a 1st Congressional District candidate, released his third television Thursday, entitled "Difference."

The spot will join Sanford's other ads in rotation on district-wide broadcast and cable.

In the new ad, Sanford speaks directly to the camera, highlighting a number of accomplishments including: "I was the first in all of Congress in not spending your money."
