Lowell "George" Monroe Hallman, 88, of Beaufort died Saturday, March 2, 2013, at the Veterans' Victory House in Walterboro. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Anderson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Port Royal Baptist Church, with burial in Beaufort National Cemetery, with full military honors and Masonic rites. Donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
