USC Beaufort golfers pay back SCAD Savannah for earlier loss

The University of South Carolina Beaufort men's golf team avenged last week's narrow loss to rival SCAD Savannah with a victory Friday at Oldfield Golf Club in Okatie.

The Sand Sharks had a team score of 297 to beat the Bees by 19 strokes. Junior Brian Langley led the Sand Sharks with a 1-under-par 71 to claim medalist honors

The Sand Sharks are back in action Monday and Tuesday at the Doublegate Invitational at Doublegate Country Club in Albany, Ga.
