Two named Celia Dunn top producers Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty real estate professionals Catherine Donaldson and Renee Meighan were recognized as the Top Producers for 2012.   • Gateway Realty reports its total company sales for January 2013 reached $13,195,000 according to Hilton Head Area MLS statistics. Gateway agent Rick Turner sold the highest dollar volume and had the highest percentage of total MLS sales of any agent in the Hilton Head area MLS for January 2013.

  • Hampton Lake in greater Bluffton will host two lectures this month at the community's Lakehouse on topics of historical preservation and golf fitness. Both events are free and open to the public. March 20: Maureen Richards, executive director of the Bluffton Historical Preservation Society, will speak about Bluffton's history and will discuss current projects and events the Bluffton Preservation Society is planning for the year. The lecture begins at 11 a.m. March 26: Golf specialist and fitness trainer Derek Lemire will discuss the biomechanics of the golf swing and the role different segments of the body play in making an efficient swing. Professional golfer Tom McKnight will discuss the role fitness played in his career. McKnight participated in the U.S. Open, Masters Invitational and held his card on the Champions Tour.   • Are your papers piling up? Clear the clutter at Keller Williams Realty's Shred Day from 9 a.m. to noon, March 12 in the Keller Williams parking lot, 8 Lafayette Place, Hilton Head Island. The free event is open to the public and there is no limit to the number of boxes of paper a person can bring. The shredding is done on site and there will be a camera inside the truck so people can view documents being shredded. Coffee and doughnuts will be provided. Details: 843-682-8100

  • Weichert, Realtors -- Coastal Properties will host a PGA Tour Wives Association book signing from 2:30 to 4: 30 p.m. April 17 at the Weichert office, 1038 William Hilton Parkway, Hilton Head Island. Members of the Wives Association will sign copies of their new, hardcover book, "Beyond the Fairways and Greens - A Look Inside the Lives of PGA Tour Families." The book is a 25th anniversary addition and includes stories, recipes and photographs of PGA Tour families. The event will benefit the Hilton Head Island Boys & Girls Club. Cost of the book is $50.
