I am perplexed about the lane-striping project on S.C. 170 between U.S. 278 and the S.C. 46 traffic circle.
Why would they be doing lane striping before they pave the road? This stretch of S.C. 170 is terrible. It is like a minefield. Please pave our road before the lane striping. It is much needed.
