Former Gov. Mark Sanford has released his second ad in his campaign, this time touting his fiscal record.
The ad, called "Conservative," will begin to run tomorrow. It highlights Sanford's track record in Congress and as governor, including rankings as the most fiscally conservative governor and member of Congress during his time in those offices.

"Others talk about cutting spending, he actually did it," the ad says. "Sanford went and did it."
