Raymond A. Steelman, 81, of Hilton Head Island and husband of Dorothy M. Steelman, died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, at Hilton Head Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Francis By the Sea Catholic Church. Arrangements by The Island Funeral Home & Crematory.
