Students in Veronica Miller's physiology and anatomy class at Hilton Head Island High School look on Thursday as Dr. David Kastl, a cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon at Hilton Head Hospital, explains the parts of a pig heart. The surgeon was invited to talk to the class by hospital nurse Kristi Kirkpatrick, mother of student Skyler Kirkpatrick.
