State Sen. Clementa Pinckney, D-Ridgeland, will host a health care forum at 6 p.m. Thursdayat the Burton Wells Recreation Center gymnasium, 1 Middleton Recreation Drive in Beaufort.
Discussion topics include preventive health care, regular medical care, Medicaid enrollment and other government-supported health insurance programs. Representatives from AARP, the S.C. Appleseed Legal Justice Center, Consumers Choice Health Plan and Express Lane Eligibility will serve as panelists.
