Unemployment has been an ongoing problem in this country. President George W. Bush actually invited our industries to go overseas. Once they left, the industries had no incentive to return.

If we placed taxes on the goods shipped to and sold in our country, it would do two things -- yield a nice hunk of money for our treasury and encourage the industries to return to the U.S.
