Democrat from Columbia and the sole Democrat in the state's congressional delegation, is expected to endorse the candidacy of 1st congressional candidate Elizabeth Colbert Busch at 2 p.m. Saturday at Washington Square Park in Charleston, at the corner of Meeting and Broad streets. The event is open to the public.
