Of the 28 million people who tuned into last Sunday night's Grammy telecast, few watched with more interest than Doug and Thea Luba.

The Hilton Head Island couple, whose son, Michael, received a Grammy nomination for a long-form music video he co-produced, watched the ceremony in style with a catered party at their home in Palmetto Dunes.

The Lubas had plenty of reason to celebrate.

The video, "Big Easy Express," took home the golden gramophone in the show's pre-telecast, beating out similar offerings from such heavyweights as U2 and Sade.

Directed by Emmett Malloy, the film follows the massively popular English folk-pop quartet Mumford & Sons, as well as Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros and Old Crow Medicine Show, as they embark on a six-city, whistle-stop tour from San Francisco to New Orleans aboard a 14-car vintage train.

The cameras follow the bands as they prepare for each show but continue rolling well into the night, capturing late-night jam sessions, featuring a few, and sometimes all, members of each band.

Thea Luba said Michael spoke modestly about the project, which drew rave reviews from "Rolling Stone" and "Entertainment Weekly."

"There wasn't much talk about it because he's always juggling so many different things," Thea Luba said. "He works very, very hard, and it's nice to see him getting some recognition for his work."
