Mary Phyllis Waters, 85, of Beaufort and mother of Roxanne W. Cheney, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at her residence. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. March 7 at the First Presbyterian Church of Beaufort. Donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church or the Thornwell Home for Children in Clinton.
