An Atlanta company is hoping to build an assisted-living facility for seniors with Alzheimer's disease in Bluffton.
Principal Senior Living Partners, which has nearly 20 facilities in five states including one in Anderson, S.C., has submitted plans to the town of Bluffton to build the center on 7.54 acres south of the Bluffton Parkway and north of the Hampton Lake neighborhood.
The single-story building would be 41,364 square feet, according to plans submitted to the town.
