The town's Design Review Board will review the plans for the center, which will replace the Mall at Shelter Cove. Landscaping firm Wood and Partners Inc. will present plans for the 285,000 square foot outdoor shopping center. The board is expected to give its final vote on the plans at the meeting.

The meeting will be at 1:15 p.m. at Hilton head Island Town Hall, 1 Town Center Court.
