On Feb. 3, the Packet printed a full-page ad about the lawsuit filed by Skip Hoagland against the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce. The chamber's behavior as outlined in this ad is outrageous and cannot continue if true.

Hopefully, the focus of public attention will quickly result in the correction of any abuse of public trust and the reformation of a chamber that functions the way the people of this wonderful area deserve.
