First Congressional District candidate and former Gov. Mark Sanford has several public events slated for Saturday in the Lowcountry.
None are in Beaufort County.
Here's Sanford's schedule:
- 8:30 a.m.: Lowcountry Conservative COP Breakfast Club candidate forum at Kelley's BBQ, 1045 U.S. 78 East in Summerville.
- 11 a.m.: Goose Creek Farmers Market, 150 How Hall Road, Goose Creek
- 12:30 p.m.: Barbecure Jouint's Fifth Anniversary Block Party, 1083-A E. Montague St. in North Charleston
- 5:30 p.m.: Sullivan's Island Fire and Rescure Oyster Roast, Fish Fry Shack, Middle Street and Station 15, Charleston
