The Rotary Club of Hilton Head Island recently honored 14 Hilton Head Island school instructors as outstanding teachers for 2013. Each of the honorees was presented a proclamation from Hilton Head Mayor Drew Laughlin, a cash award and a certificate of appreciation from the Rotary Club.
